Timberlake Building & Renovations

To all the folks at Timberlake – CONGRATULATIONS – and thank you, thank you, thank you on a very tough whole house renovation on an original, 1955 stacked 5-level stone house in Cape Arthur. Very well done and we won’t hesitate to tell our friends and neighbors about how wonderful Timberlake was to work with.

From the first time we met you, we knew what an up-standing honorable person you were.  That’s one of the many reasons we trusted our renovation project to Timberlake.  Thank you for your patience and dedication – we love our ‘new’ home!

Dear John,

I wanted to write you and first tell you how happy my wife and I are with our new home, and second, to tell you how please we were with Dave Lunden and his team.

After dealing with rain every day in September, you guys were still able to complete our house in time for us to move across the country and move in shortly before Christmas. The house is beautiful and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

I’m sure it’s no surprise to you that I have nothing but good things to say about Dave Lunden.  It was refreshing to work with something, from across the country, that I could tell very quickly was hardworking, honest, down to earth and extremely competent.  He and his team worked miracles with both the house and the timeline and we will always be very grateful.

John, Pam and I might not be you biggest customers but we definitely have to be some of your happiest customers. Dave and his team rocked it out of the park.
